Monday Night Football Props – Week 7

October 24, 2022 Uncategorized Comments Off on Monday Night Football Props – Week 7

Good afternoon, folks!

Before I dive into my favorite props for tonight, look at what’s happened in the league through seven weeks of football.

The Seahawks are 1st place in NFC West

Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers have struggling offenses

The Giants are 6-1 and the NFC East is the best division in football

Wild things are happening in the NFL this year…

Before I dive into the prop bets tonight, a recap of how I did last week.

I went 2 of 4 on last week’s bets. Melvin Gordon not seeing the field crushed the little win streak I was having.

But I can’t marinate on tough beats for long.

My gut feeling bets for tonight’s Monday Night Football game.

We got the Chicago Bears in New England against the Patriots.

Rhamondre Stevenson OVER 70 rushing yards. +145

Rhamondre has played great over the last four weeks. Rhamondre has seen yardage performances of 73, 66, 161, and 76 in the previous four games. That’s nearly 5.4 yards a carry.

Of course, Harris went down in week 4. But even in week 3 with Harris active, Stevenson saw 73 yards.

Chicago Bears allow an average of 163 yards per game, 2nd most in the NFL.

Let’s say Rhamondre and Harris split tonight. If Chicago gives up 163 yards, both running backs have a shot for 80 rushing yards a piece.

I imagine the Pats control this game so NE should look to run the ball often.

Justin Fields OVER 0.5 Interceptions. -215

Justin Fields has thrown an interception in nearly every game this season.

Fields will be throwing against a very solid secondary led by Jack Jones.

Jack Jones ranks as the best corner in coverage per PFF.

Khalil Herbert OVER 31.5 rushing yards. -110

This will be a very contrarian pick despite the odds.

I have a strong opinion that Herbert is by far the best back in the Chicago offense and he has played like it.

Herbert is the number 1 running back in the NFL in yards per carry. David Montgomery is 35th in yards per carry.

Bears head coach, Eberflus, stated: “We’re gonna go with the hot hand.”

The good thing is Herbert typically has the hot hand.

I don’t think the Bears can get a ton of offense going, but Herbert over 32 rushing yards is likely to me.

Again, these are all gut-feeling prop bets. We do not have a system in place for prop bets yet.

Our Juicy Wagers system is taking CHI +8.5 and the over (40.5).

The NFL system currently has a +58% win rate after yesterday’s games.

At the end of the day, I really just want to see a good primetime game.

I’ll catch up with you all at the end of the week for more gut-feeling bets for week 8 NFL.

Have a great week!
