NFL Week 6 Preview

Hey,

Sunday is here, which means it is time for the weekly preview of the 5 biggest games….

Check out the preview below…..

Seattle (3-1) @ Cincinnati (2-3) 1:00 PM EST:

So have the Bengals “figured things out”?

And by that I mean is Joe Burrow finally healthy?

He looked the part last Sunday when he was finally able to show some pocket mobility (he also fed Ja’maar Chase, which is not a bad plan).

The question is can Burrow do it against a better team than the Cardinals?

We will find out when he takes on the Seahawks.

Seattle has once again shown that they will be a factor in the NFC – their 3-1 record shows that.

Geno Smith is once again playing well and the Seahawks offense is an exciting unit.

Hopefully the wide receivers for both teams will be healthy in this one – both teams have deep wide receiver corps.

Currently the Bengals are a -3 favorite, but I really hope we can get a bunch of points in this one (the total is 45.5)

Detroit (4-1) @ Tampa Bay (3-1) 4:25 PM EST:

Speaking of Seattle…..

Will Tampa Bay be like last year’s version of Seattle?

Castaway quarterback turned good again…..

Baker Mayfield certainly will not be compared to Geno Smith in terms of personality (Baker certainly leaves it all on the field), but Mayfield has been vastly improved in this new situation.

Mayfield has had a wild career so hopefully he can now settle down with a Buccaneers team that is outperforming preseason expectations so far.

The problem Tampa Bay has this week is that they are facing a very good Lions squad.

The Lions offensive line is great and I expect Detroit to score points in this one.

The question will be can Tampa Bay’s offensive line hold up against Detroit’s pass rush?

The Bucs have a good offensive line (they have only allowed 4 sacks all year, which is the fewest in the NFL).

That will be the key on whether the Bucs can cover the +3 spread or not.

Philadelphia (5-0) @ New York Jets (2-3) 4:25 PM EST:

This one certainly has a lot of questions.

The Eagles have been coasting through the season so far, but can they finally put a complete performance together?

It is hard to believe that I (and many others) are critiquing Philly even though they are 5-0.

But compared to last year, the Eagles are lacking that explosiveness that blew teams away.

The Philadelphia offense will have to go against a stout Jets defense.

New York’s defense will HAVE to play well for them to have a chance.

Zach Wilson has made strides the past couple weeks, but it is asking a lot for Wilson to succeed against a really good Eagles defense.

If the Jets want to cover +6 they are going to have to keep this one low scoring.

Indianapolis (3-2) @ Jacksonville (3-2) 1:00 PM EST:

This one could be an early indicator of who will win the AFC South.

Obviously it is still early but both of these teams come in at 3-2 and tied for first in the AFC South.

Both teams also have very different short term goals.

Jacksonville not only expects to win the AFC South, but also expects to win a playoff game or two.

Indianapolis would not only be thrilled to make the playoffs, but would also be way ahead of schedule.

Rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson is out for this one, so in steps one time Jaguar Gardner Minshew.

Minshew will look to keep the Colts offense on schedule with efficient play.

Jacksonville will look to keep the momentum going following their 2-0 venture in London.

The Jags are a -4 favorite in this one, and the key will be if Jacksonville can keep playing well offensively.

They have been inconsistent through the first 5 games, but did put up 25 points vs a good Buffalo team last time out…..

New York Giants (1-4) @ Buffalo (3-2) 8:15 PM EST:

If Buffalo does not win this game, then I think we all might have to question our sanity.

The Bills come in as a -15 point favorite following the news that Daniel Jones will be out for the Giants.

There are also health questions regarding Saquon Barkley, Darren Waller, and 3 Giants offensive linemen….

In other words, pretty much all of New York’s offense could be out of this one.

Which is bad enough, but when you consider that New York has already been dreadful on offense through the first 5 weeks – things seem to just be getting worse.

AND if that was not bad enough, the Bills are unlucky to be 3-2.

Buffalo has legitimate hopes of challenging for a Super Bowl this year, and a night game at home vs the Giants is the perfect way to put the Bills into high gear.

This one could get ugly!

Happy Betting!

Sincerely,

Juicy Wagers
