The Jaguars are 2-1! If you’re a Jags fan, you gotta be feelin’ pretty good about Doug Pederson. Feels like only yesterday Urban Meyer was there…

I’m not ready to buy into the hype, but here are some stats if you’re ready to overreact and call the Jags a playoff contender.

-6th in total yards

-7th in points scored

-8th in touchdowns

-9th in yards allowed

-6th in points allowed

-2nd in forced turnovers

Absolue snoozefest for Sunday Night Football. It took everything in me not to doze off during this primetime matchup. Broncos did eek out the win but it was far from pretty. Russell Wilson has yet to live up to his new $245 million contract as he is now ranked 21st in QBR so far this season. His rating is behind players such as: Tannehill, Mariota, Geno, and Brissett. Denver ranks 25th in first downs so far this season. This offense has been painful to watch.

Russell Wilson has all the weapons in the world and on paper, his o line has improved from Seattle. What’s the problem? I am going to blame it on Nathaniel Hackett. Broncos go against another lackluster and disappointing Vegas squad to see if Hackett can redeem his offense.

If Hackett cannot get this offense to come together, I’d imagine his tenure would be short lived.

Are they legit yet? After beating the preseason Super Bowl favorites, are they convincing you?

If I told you before the game that Josh Allen would go for 400 yards and 67% completion percentage while Tua would only go for 186 yards, would you think the Dolphins would win?

What if I said the Bills would have 40 minutes of possession time?

Yeah, I would’ve imagined a Bills win.

Buffalo dominated the box score but didn’t get the win. What if, Miami is legit? Tua didn’t have another 6 TD performance, but the fact they beat the preseason Super Bowl favorites on lackluster offense is quite impressive. I’m not saying I have bought into the Dolphins but this win is very monumental. We’ll see these two teams match-up again in December.

They are the team to beat this season. Jalen Hurts has played out of his mind so far and they have looked unstoppable. Have they been tested though? The Vikings is their best win and the Vikings squeeked out a win against the Lions this past Sunday.

Eagles are my pick to not only win the NFC East, but also the NFC.

Have a great week and I wish prosperity to your football team… As long as it isn’t the Steelers.
